Apple Movie Junkie

First off let me thank all of the beta testers who have been putting Cinemira through its paces and have been giving us great feedback. Quite honestly we thought we would be seeing many more bugs, but since we haven’t we thought we would move Cinemira to its next logical step, an open beta site.

Basically the open beta is just that, no more requesting access or secret passwords, the beta will be open to all. But before we do this we will be focusing our efforts on two areas. One is to clearly identifying the purchase only and HD purchase titles with purchase links, and the other is working on a more flexible UI to accommodate screen resolutions down to 1024×768. Once we have the purchase labels working we’ll move to the open beta with tackling the screen resolution right after.

We are planning on the open beta coming around the first week of April. If all goes well, we are looking forward to getting the Cinemira beta in everyones hands, and continuing to improve on what we think of as a pretty cool tool.
