No Daily Apple TV HD Update Today

Until Apple gets its act together and decides to spend a little time on the Apple TV, or we discover a different way to find new HD rentals for the Apple TV, we won’t be seeing any updates in the near future. Apparently, as you can see from the image above, Apple has decided to not offer any HD rentals for the Apple TV beyond the letter “B” or about 300 titles. This “All HD” list is one of the ways we find the new HD rentals, and until Apple decides to fix this, we are SOL. Sorry for any inconvenience folks.

You sound bitter, dude. If you're following the blogs, Apple just dropped the price on the 160gb model and drop the 40gb version. I'm guessing a software update is not too far off. Perhaps something to brighten your day soon!

My thoughts exactly.

I don't think it's bitterness, but rather frustration. I appreciate the work that is brought here and like Eddie, I think that the whole iTunes Extra and possible iTunes LP will be somehow integrated with the Apple TV. I would cautiously expect an update soon that will tie everything together. Maybe as soon as tomorrow. Thanks again

Sure – I'm with Eddie on the frustration. The “bitter” comment was tongue-in-cheek. I love my AppleTV – hopin' Apple shows it some love soon.
