i used to be an avid ipod user and thus i preferred itunes, but recent I switched to zune and its software, and I have to say I do prefer it. I just feel like the zune is more visual in its navigation and it makes more sense to me. I do not have to learn how to use it, it just is how it is and it makes sense. The one thing i think is lacking is the input of the mass of mac users (and i know a few) that would probably love this program and device. If only Microsoft would just make it happen!

Speaking on iTunes9 and Apple TV - what's the word on iTunes EXTRAS on movies?... Are they separate downloads? Do they play on Apple TV? Do they clutter up your iTunes library lists?

Just wondering...

I don't own a Zune, so I'm not familiar with their store.

As far as finding new content in iTunes - it's never been great really. Search is your friend, I guess.

When it comes to video rentals/purchases - I almost always default to using my AppleTV. I load up the "Top Movies" section and see what's "hot", and what's been recently added. From there I add them to my Wish-list, which is where I eventually rent them from.

The only thing I use iTunes for is downloading iPhone Apps and occasional music purchases. My AppleTV is where I watch YouTube, podcasts, and Movie rentals - so the iTunes interface isn't as important to me for those things.

I hate to say it, but I suppose the best we can hope for is an iTunes interface that makes it so easy to find new content - that we won't need ATVJ anymore. :( Kinda sad, but at least that's nowhere in sight yet. ;)

So keep up the great work!
