New Version Of Boxee Coming March 24th

It appears as though all of the recent Hulu mess has taken its toll on the guys at Boxee which have now decided to postpone the latest release of their media center software from March 5th to the 24th. The good news is it sounds like they are working hard to get ABC programming in this next release. Sounds good to me, I’d rather watch Lost over Heroes or Dollhouse any day.

I wish I knew what to expect from Apple regarding the Apple TV. It wouldn’t surprise me one bit thought that if they did integrate some form of media streaming, like Boxee and Hulu provided. If they really are interested in what Apple TV customers want they should be working on some form of that. I would also hope that at some point they allow Apple TV users to purchase HD movies.
