i am the IT manager at my company, and i install iTunes on every computer we set up. most staff have iPods these days and listen to podcasts from the computer. while company policy restricts streaming music or video, we do allow music and video downloads as long as the files are stored locally, not on the network.

The company I work for uses Websense to block or restrict certain websites. I assume that this is what blocks iTunes on the computers and iTunes and the App Store on my iPhone.

I do have access, though I am at a smaller company with few restrictions. I'm not sure if I could get away with watching a movie while working, haven't worked up the courage to give it a try.
