I think that would be a big mistake. One of the early criticism of the pre-Take 2 Apple TV was the lack of full 5.1 surround. I'm hoping too that this is a glitch. I think the all movies SD and HD should have 5.1 surround. It's part of the experience and needed to compete with disc rentals and other digital competitors.
