Misson Impossible is the $.99 movie of the week for the week of 11-11-08.

Hellboy II: The Golden Army and Star Wars: The Clone Wars are now available for purchase through Apple TV and the iTunes Store.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars is available now as an HD rental through the Apple TV and Hellboy II will be available for rent on 12-25-08..

Hancock and Hancock (Unrated) are now available for for pre-order in the iTunes Store. The purchase release date for both versions is 11-25-08. There is currently no rental release date available.

Apple is running a new promotion in the iTunes Store offering movies for purchase under $5, or $4.99 to be exact. The list of the movies for under $4.99 is below.

Engadget reported today that Blockbuster maybe be entering the movie set-top-box space for this holiday season. Wow, talk about coming a little late to the fight. Engadget said it best, in some ways it makes sense with Netflix spreading it’s streaming service all over like a virus, but to only be talking about a possible set-top-box, in November, for this holiday season? Talk about a last minute decision.
