Tech Ticker and Silicon Valley Insider Proclaim Apple TV Is All Hype
According to Tech Ticker’s Henry Blodget and Silicon Alley Insider Apple analyst Dan Frommer, the Apple TV is a bomb. Do you agree with their analysis? Did anyone let them know Apple TV does more then movies or play HD content like a Blu-Ray player?
Have You Rented These Titles? They May Be Leaving Soon
Below is a list of movies which are either coming soon are are currently playing on HBO and Starz. If my theory about Premium Cable Channels taking over movie rights is correct, we should see some of these titles disappear or become purchase only. As a matter of fact Ocean’s Thirteen is already gone. FYI, HBO.com made it easy to find their upcoming schedule, Showtime and Cinemax did not, which is why I did not list their upcoming titles.
Coming Soon to HBO
Hairspray – 6-8
Ocean’s Thirteen – 6-15
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix – 6-22
Rush Hour 3 – 6-29
The Simpsons Movie – Coming Soon
Already Playing on HBO
Knocked Up
Evan Almighty
Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer
Transformers (Cinemax)
Coming Soon to Starz
Underdog – 5-31
Spiderman 3 – 6-7
The Game Plan – 6-21
Already Playing on Starz

Four More Catalog Titles In HD
Apple sure is piling on the catalog titles. If anything it’s a guarantee they should stick around for a while unlike the newer titles which will probably disappear at some point.
The new additions are Brannigan, Office Space, Darfur Now and Shallow Hal.
