First off I’d like to thank everyone who participated in our last poll. I had a feeling that the majority of Apple TV owners were renting titles. I think it’s a matter of quality.
On to the next poll and it took me a while to figure out how to word this without it sounding sexist. But, over the last few weeks I’ve noticed that the titles which were topping the Rental and Purchase lists were what someone might consider chick flicks. 27 Dresses, P.S. I Love You and to some extent Juno. I find this particularly interesting because I’ve always assumed, again without trying to sound sexist, that the Apple TV was a geek guy gadget. So are there more females using Apple TV then I thought, is it the boyfriend/husband crowd who are renting these movies or is this the children/teenage crowd renting or purchasing?
