Even after going one for last week on my predicted titles, I’m not giving up. Apple might of made me look like a fool, but eventually some or most of these titles will have to be released. The studios can’t hold back forever, or can they?

This morning we get 5 HD titles added to the mix including Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker, Wyatt Earp, Rocky IV, The Nun and Let’s Do It Again.
In SD titles we get The Tailor of Panama and Outpost.

Updated – We experienced some initial technical difficulties but the Ratings System should be up and running now.
We’ve been at it again, but this time we’ve updated the Rental Experience page and added a Movie Rating System. The system is based on a 5 star rating. Clicking on 1 star is bad and of course click up to the 5th star is excellent. You can change your vote, but you are allowed to only vote once.
You now have the ability to rate the movies which you have rented based on Video Quality, Sound Quality and your overall Recommendation. The voting is based on a total amount. The more positive the vote, the higher the Star Count. The lower the vote, the lower the Star Count.
As with the New Movie List, the new Rating System is a work in progress so we welcome any feedback or suggestions. The current rating list will begin with a handful of movies as we add more over time.

One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest was added to Apple TV in HD today.
Even though it seems Apple’s well of newly released HD titles has dried up, at least a few of these latest titles are getting better in quality. But I supposed it doesn’t take much to top the 10th sequel to Police Academy.

We have discovered that Apple is now offering a Short Film for rent on Apple TV. The title found was Chutzpah! The Shmooale Glick Story. This particular short story is offered for rent at $1.99. This may be a one time deal, this may be a mistake or we may see more, but it’s definitely something to look out for if you like Short Films.
